Joseph A. Massood

Joseph A. Massood graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelors of Science in 1982. He received a Juris Doctorate Degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1987 and a MBA Degree from Seton Hall University School of Business in 1989. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1989. He served one year as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Frank M. Donato, J.S.C. Passaic County Superior Court.

Mr. Massood practiced as an insurance defense attorney for two years prior to starting his own law practice in 1991.

Since 1991, Mr. Massood and his firm have handled an extensive personal injury and appellate practice. Mr. Massood has argued over thirty (30) cases before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He has litigated cases through trial in Federal and State courts, including various jury trials. The firm represents a number of prominent physicians, chiropractors and medical providers in personal injury protection arbitration proceedings against insurance companies.

Mr. Massood is a member of the Passaic County Bar Association, The American Trial Lawyers Association, Justice Clifford Inns of Court, Family Law Association and a member of Who's Who for lawyers.

Mr. Massood is also an independent registered representative (Stock Broker) for CJM Planning Corp.
